How do i clear my home

We are out of the Area!

We find that a large proportion of our customers live outside of the area and need a reputable company to act on their behalf. We regularly collect keys from neighbours, relatives etc and are used to working with family members who live away from the area. We have a wealth of experience with Councils, Estate   Agents and Solicitors. We can advise on all these areas should you need us to.

What items do you clear?

We specialise in full house clearances.  Which means we take absolutely everything that you want us to. We then hoover and tidy so your property is as good as it can be. Most of our customers want to let out or sell their properties. You can usually do this one day after we have cleared.

Will you throw our items away?

The easy answer is NO.  Most clearance companies take items to a landfill and charge you strictly for this. We work completely differently.    Firstly, we sell items through a physical shop in Maidstone. Secondly, we donate a lot to charities in the local area and homeless.  Thirdly we don't send to landfill. We use a waste company that sifts our waste and separates wood, plastic, metal and materials. 

How much do you charge?

Our charges are based on the man power needed, the time, vehicles, waste and any offsets we can provide. We tend to find that our recycling makes us a lot cheaper than other companies. You only pay us once you are happy so you always get the service you deserve.

How quickly can you start?

The first thing we need to do is come and see your property or if you are not local Maidstone,  see photos.  After this we can usually start within a day or so.
